l coolMaster 300 Shaped Coolant Hose成型硅膠彎管，用于用于重型貨車散熱器，為需要特定角度轉彎、空間受限的冷卻系統設計。
l 結構：L型彎頭，用于連接發動機艙內互不成直線的管路。
l 多層增強：采用高性能硅膠，內部嵌入了3層或4層聚酯織物（Polyester） 增強層，這種結構確保軟管在彎曲部位也能保持高的形狀穩定性，不會在壓力下鼓脹或塌陷。
l 壁厚均勻：成型工藝保證了彎角處的壁厚與直段一致，消除了結構薄弱點。
l 工作溫度：-54至177度（聚酯加強標準款）
l 爆破壓力：0.34至3.29 Mpa（根據管內徑不同）
l 應用：
a) 散熱器連接：用于重型卡車、公共汽車或高性能賽車中，連接散熱器進出水口與固定鋼管。
b) 中冷器管路：在空間局促的進氣系統中作為轉向連接件。
c) 發電機組：由于硅膠具有優異的抗震性能，常用于工業發電機的冷卻循環系統，吸收發動機振動。
l 行業標準：符合或超過SAE J20 Class A規范
l 注意：
a) 不可切裁，由于是成型管，長度是固定的，通常每側為152毫米
b) 嚴禁輸送燃油，不耐汽油或柴油，限冷卻液和空氣。
